Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–2 Business Days
  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 Business Days
  • Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah: 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Trendify offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE on eligible orders.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High Order Volume
  • Courier Service Delays

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Trendify is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
